datsunwizard Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 I hope that one of you Z car guys can help me. I am building my custom IRS rear end assembly for a 510 wagon. I am at the point in the build, that I am working on the mustache bar. The bar is going to be custom, to fit to the available room. I have to decide what mustache bushing to use, either the 510 or Z car sizes. I have found a diagram for the sizes of the 510, but can't find the size of the Z car bushings. Looked on the Energy Suspension web site, but no info to be found there. So my question to you Z car guys, what are the dimensions of the bushings either stock or the poly aftermarket type. I am under the impression that the Z car bushings are larger, but how much compared to the 510 bushings? I need the diamentions so that I can see what will be the best fit. 1 Quote Link to comment

The blue is the cross-section of the tubing sleeve that runs through the inside of the bushing. if you need anything else lemme know! Quote Link to comment
