how do you lower a 210??

Pumpkindave lowered his, not sure what he did i think he cut the springs, and then raised the shock mount tower? But theres gotta be a better way to do it.

 

I dont think many ratsuners are on right now, keep checking back hopefully someone who knows 210s better has another way, i looked around a little bit for some coil overs and didn't find anything. Something off another car might fit?

If its a leaf spring 210, you will want to get some 2'' or 3'' lowering blocks and make sure you have clearence for the tires. Fender flares are usually a must or bend out the original fender with a baseball bat, check youtube for a video on homemade fender flares. You can also get a four link rearend form a 1979-80's 210. Cut about two links out of the springs,front and rear. Use heavy duty zip ties, to hold the spring in the pocket. Typically front end lowering is a breeze, just like doing brakes. I'm doing a 79 four link rearend suspension swap into my 77 B210. its going to take some time to give up the car for a week of fabrication or so, but four links are the way to go!!
