Anyone in So Cal able to help out with a bit of aluminum welding?

I apologize if this is the wrong place. A while back I bought an intake manifold from Skib that I am finally doing to modify to fit on my car. I need a little help with some fabrication. I know exactly what I want done, but I do not have the tools nor skills (i.e., welding) to do it.

 

Ideally I'd drive my car over, we'd mock it up, mark for the cuts, and then do some welding. Some pipe bending may be required unless I can score a piece of the correct diameter someplace. I have some pipe pieces now, but they may be a 1/4-in. in diameter too small. I am certainly willing to pay.

The person who i go to for wheel work welds aluminum all day but i'm not sure about fabrication, all he does is wheels...

 

He has a lathe, drill press, miller welder, and possibly a CNC.
