There are some neat old homes there, It sure is a shock to see some of the highrises there left empty. :blink:

Alot of BC, mill towns are going to end up in this state of disrepair soon enough.

Port Alberni is one of them. :o Housing prices have fallen big time in the last year!

Employment is seasonal at best. The ghetto here is the same as there!

It was the 1967 roits that lefi downtown empty. Now its the empty houses that is killling the city. my block is half gone. You can get a house for 1500 or less. bill
