Seems unlikely this will interest anyone, due to location, missing parts, and no title, but Patrols are uncommon, so it might be a body donor for someone's wrecked one:

Would be a good project for a KA or VG, maybe L6. I wonder if he knows that the value of the rare vehicle quickly goes out the window when the factory running gear is removed and lost.
