Buying From Eastwood Co.

Does anyone here buy stuff from Eastwood?

I can't get through their maze they call a website.

I put something in the cart,go get something else,and it erases the first item!

If I hit 'Update shopping cart' it erases everything!

I emailed customer service and of course haven't heard anything back.

I buy stuff online all the time and have never had this much trouble.

I may have to use snail mail.

Don't tell me to go to Napa or the other places because they suck in this burg. They don't stock anything except wiper blades and oil filters.

That's a bummer. My local Napa is the bee's-knees. Machine shop, electrical shop, paint shop, on top of sharp parts guys.

 

Never heard of Eastwood, but it sounds like they don't value customers enough to put up a decent website. I'd move on; parts are too easy to find to stress over.

It's for auto restoration . Paint ,tools, things like that. They have nice stuff,even though they are a little pricey. It's stuff I can't get here.

I have bought from them and never had any troubles but I have ordered via phone not internet. They do have some neat tools

Eastwood does have good stuff, spendy but nice stuff.

 

BUT, there website does bring the suck might have to find a number and call your order in
