chiquapen
this is the z24 from the donor 84 720 then we removed the bed and cab from my 620 chasis for easy access my chasis before sanding and paint and chasis after all this was done in jan. since all the cold and snow, i temporarily quit taking pics. after the chasis was painted my nephew and i put the motor and trans on the frame. i'm still debating on what i wanna do for a driveshaft.the one that was with my 620 is on half a shaft. the shaft from the 720 is about 2 inches too short and the one from rip, my 620 junker, is in just as bad of shape as the rest of the truck. i believe this z24 is gonna go because doc nor i is too enthusiastic about a z24 performance. he's run all l series in the past and i am quite fond of them myself. honestly though i want a z22 with a l head. i almost positive that hes got me one. woo hoo!!! Suspect
Your frame looks good. I'm in the slow process of building a LZ motor. Moneyz is holding me back. Quote Link to comment
