Drummerboy4as Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 My drivers side regulator took a shit today. I was cranking up the window and it felt like the teeth sheared off the gears. Took the door apart and pulled the regulator out. The gears didn't shear, but (pardon the crude description) the splined part that you crank spins free of the gear on the inside now. So, something sheared and the way those things are assembled I'm pretty sure I can't pull it apart and fix it, it's all pressed and spot welded. I've been looking online (rockauto, napa, new-datsun-parts, ebay) and can't really find anything. According to the online "parts inventory" for pick-n-pull there are no 620's in my area. So here's the questions; will any other regulator work? Any ideas of where I can find one online? Does anyone have one they want to sell me? It's for a '73 620, drivers side Quote Link to comment
