I currently have an auto in my 521, so I also need fly wheel, clutch , presure plate and clutch peddle. It has the original master cylinder, but I don't know if it works.Let me know if anybody out there has any of these parts. Thanks! Link to comment
datzenmike Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 What automatic was put in there? What was it out of if you know. What length is it? 26" or 31.5"? This will determine what 4 or 5 speed will fit. The drive shaft on there now is a spline that just pushes in the transmission end??????? yes?? Or does it have a flange on the end and the drive shaft bolts on?? Like this: . Link to comment

The 521 never came with auto that I know of so if the driveshaft length was changed for a later long 3N71B then a later long 4 or 5 speed would fit. If a short 510 auto was used then a short dogleg could be fitted or the stock 521 but first we have to find out what was done with the flange drive shaft. Link to comment
