I was considering those custom gauges-el glow. If I dont use those I was wondering if anyone can tell me the gauge size I would use for the speedo in place of the stock speedo in the 510 housing. Do you have to trim the plastic oem to fit it? Yes I searched before asking.....no I didnt find an answer....

I used AutoMeter 3 3/8" in-dash guages for my tach and speedo, they fit quite nice into the stock dash without any mods to the faceplate.

Nice fitment

I'll be doing same since fits there nicely with OEM bezel

PO cut out the bezel and fitted 7 Autometer gauges

Just have to figure out where to mount the other 4 gauges

I know that the Autometer 3 3/8 speedo is electric. What is the part number of the autometer mech to elect unit that works on the nissan trans? I looked at the converter parts and they basically only list GM and Ford? Is it the universal one? Also what size gauge fits in the smaller hole in the middle?

Got another question, what do you do with the wiring that plugs into the original dash? Will the car run with out it??

The rest of my gauges are 2 1/16".

To keep things neat (and reversable)I tucked the stock wires up under the dash to keep things neat.
