copacetickid
When I got my 620 it was missing the right rear parking break cable from the drum to where it forks at the main cross member. I have a long bed though, so I haven't been able to get one at the yard. Anyone got one lying around? Link to comment
Bleach
the rear driveshaft is the same length so I would think the rear section of cables are the same on short beds and long beds. It would likely just be the single cable going from the fork forward to the cab that is longer. In that case (if you need that part) the Kingcab or longbed truck would work as a parts donor. copacetickid
Hmm, I was thinking that might be the case for a while, but when I asked at carquest to see if they could order it, a supplier had separate cables for long and short beds. That's why I assumed they were different lengths, but a king cab might work... Does anybody know if the king cabs and long beds have the same fender to bumper length? I'll check it out at a yard, thanks for the idea Bleach. Link to comment
dat521gatherer
http://www.autozone.com/N,14400653/shopping/partTypeResultSet.htm depending on year autozone has short bed and long bed cables. Link to comment
Bleach
I'm not sure what your fender to bumper question will answer for you, but kingcabs and longbed trucks have the same frame. So the parking brake system and driveshafts are the same. Link to comment
