awesome sighting, but not a datto

i saw this little truck in casper wyoming today, it looks like it has been in a sealed chamber for a long time, it looked way better in person, and it was a super clean little truck,

 

anyone know what year it is?

A bunch of those have been popping up at the local yards near me(Cali).

those are slightly rarer than the 620 out here in Thailand. but only just. I like 'em but the Datsun is just somehow more special.

i scrapped a hilux like that about 6 months ago, it was soo SOO!!! rusted out, but it did have a good motor/trans, my grandpa bought it back in the 80's for 100$ just because it had new tires and he wanted them, it sat in his yard for years and when scrap got high the junk looked like gold, not much was salvageable, so i scrapped her and bought a 620!!!! , i know where a king cab version of one of those is that is in like new shape its sitting in a junkyard looks like it might run. the year i scrapped was a 77' but it think it probably rusted out in 87"

thats what makes it a suprise, most toyota trucks rusted early and fast.

and the datsuns have better looks
