diesel 720.somebody get it

It was at horseshoe lake auto wrecking near Gig Harbor/Purdy a couple weeks ago.They wanted $400 for it.Great deal.I was going to do a diesel conversion and attempt a turbo setup but recent *#@!$#@% changes plans.Dont ask.

i hate diesel's they stink like shit. diesels should be illegal in cars and small trucks. ah screw it they should all be illegal. i dont care how much gas mileage it gets or long the engines last. sorry about that some of us are chemically sensitive. certain smells and noises drive me crazy!!:eek:

Of course, I wa a diesel mechanic in the Navy.

i knew there are those out there who get off on the smell. i myself like the smell of burning rubber. takes me back to when i was a kid at spanaway speedway. the good'ol care free days of when i was young.

Hmmmm..A topic on prefered smells eh?I like 2 stroke myself.A nicely dialed Datto is nice too.Right now I am a little rich but thats nice in its own.I get all of the senses in my ride.Vibration,fuel odor,pipe noise and its a 521 so all I have to do is look at the hood emblem to remind me how nice it is on the eyes.
