How to get rid of the stock Air Filter?

What are my options? I guess I can just put one of those mini filters on the valve cover breather, but what will fit the stock carb as far as filters?

What do I do with the vacuum hoses that go into the stock housing? Half of mine weren't even hooked up.

Or should I get the necessary hoses and hook the stocker back up? The hose to pull heat from the manifold has nothing to hook it to. It was just laying on the exhaust.

You don't need the hot air hose... it's nice to have in cold climates, but mine have long ago departed. Well, the ones that still have stock carbs on 'em.

As for the vacuum hoses, as long as nothing on the engine side is left open, the ones on the air cleaner don't matter.
