E1 engine help

I need pushrods for my 1963 320 pick up. None of the local parts store can get it. What can I do? Are the MG engines interchangeable with Datsun E1 engines? I ask because I had a old Morris Minor pick up truck that was able to use MG parts. If so which engine and in which cars.

you may wish to contact motorpower inc. They carry the J15 parts which are quite similar to E1 parts:

Otherwise, try moss motors . Specifically look at the schematics of the MGA motor. Many of the parts look similar to the E1 engine.

The E1 was Nissan's first redesign of the Austin engine. So some of the parts are similar. Dunno if any are exactly the same.

 

E1 1200cc pushrods are listed in the 2009 Nissan parts catalog (but they may be not available):
