CROSSFIT regionals seattle!

Hey everyone, so not only am I a datsun guy, i like to pick up heavy stuff :lol::lol:

 

So heres whats going on I participate in a fitness "style" which is called crossfit, its wicked fun and hard too you can read about it here http://www.crossfit.com/

 

every year they do the crossfit games to find the most well rounded athlete and crown him and her champion of the universe or whatever it is they say haha. THIS YEAR IS DIFFERENT! we have some ratsun blood that is competing this year. Thats right fellas its me!

 

So here is where its at and i would love to have a parking lot full of dattos to cheer me on. It will be alot of fun to watch. Combine powerlifting with crack and higher intensity and its awesome!
