well its been a month since i started this diet and ive lost a total of 27 lbs since i started i feel empowered

all im doing is counting calories staying away from most bread cutting out everything drink wise accept water and tea

Watch the high protein low carb diet craze! Your kidneys may rebel on you. Get a checkup after 6 months and run a kidney / liver check! The Atkins like diet has its pitfalls.

im not really sticking to high protein either alot of vegitables and sandwiches i do still eat bread but not as much as before
