  1. Just roll with out it. It's California
  2. It's always worth it if you enjoy the process and the finished product
  3. Nice pick looks like a good truck ! The bore depends what the cylinders look like the mechanic will most likely mic it to see for taper of the cylinder and out of round. Then suggest a bore size. The smaller the bore in my option the better a minimal compression drop and I mean small and you will have thick cylinder walls that will disperse heat better which means a better chance of not over heating as easy. That's my two cents. I just put a ka in my truck and it makes it really fun and reliable. Keep it up and you will have a nice truck when your all done
  4. Have you tried to lower the pressure with a pair of vise grips? But if it idles fine all the way to 1/4 throttle it sounds more like a throttle position sensor or a maf problem. Just my 2 cents. Nice car I really like the color
  5. On the hesitation have you tired increasing the jet size? Example 65 to 70. My 620 had similar problems and I tuned and tuned until I jumped up a jet in the primary side and bam revs really well. Nice looking 510!
  6. I've got a ceramic header for you it's a of the z store web site pm me if interested it's in good shape a little dirty but it's all there
  7. Those holes and covers are where they reinforced the frame that's about it
  8. Rci 2172a is the tank I put in the back of my 620 build 17 gal 30x17x7. If you plan on a rear sub frame get a smaller one I ended up moving my tank back 4 inches so I had a lot of cutting
  9. Pm me on the cab I like projects
  10. Do u want a fire wall section I have a parts truck that's striped so the cab is needing to be used so I can make space for another pm me if your interested
  11. Pm me, I can send u pics off my phone. Have u figured were the fuel cells going to get located? Mines in the very back but that was the only place I could locate it
  12. Nice choice on rims I just finished up my frame to do the same swap looking good keep it up
  13. I've built a jig to keep it all square that once I've cut it I just slide it together and reconnect everything. It's only time;). The tank fits behind the sub frame and the rear cross bar . That's the plan anyways
  14. Rci fuel cell 2172a it's 30 x17 x7 and it holds. 17 gals but it's the only one that I could find that was bellow 7.5 inches in height . Q45 axles from t3 for there 280z swap that brings the back axle width down to 53 inches , then Iam sectioning the rear sub frame to meet the needed width
  15. Harmonic balancer might have spun. as time goes on the rubber on the balancer brakes but are to tight of a fit it fall off. Check tdc mark new tdc and check timing.
