I have a 1980 Datsun 210 (140Y International/Sunny Japan) with a bunch of body rust damage I was gonna use for SCCA rally, but the motor threw a connecting rod through the side of the block driving it home. It has some useful parts left, but I see no point in trying to find another block and re-build the motor. You could probably fix all the rust, but the car just isn't valuable enough for it to be worth it. The cylinder head is probably still good, along with a bunch of other motor bits. The transmission is in excellent condition. Brand new clutch master cylinder installed to get it driving again. It's a common upgrade to add overdrive to 1950s-1970s MG vehicles, Morris vehicles, or the Austin Healy Sprite. I also have a spring set from a 280Z to give the car a 2" lift. As well as imported 140Y emblems. All of which never got installed.
