I have owned this fun little truck for 18 years and used it as my weekend errand runner and for occasional dump runs. The bed started rusting out but the cab was in great shape so I decided to convert it into a flat bed and restore it.  The fuel tank had started leaking on the front top seam where dirt and bark dust etc..  had fallen between the cab and the bed and collected on the top of the gas tank over the years.  I have removed the bed, replaced the gas tank and stripped the cab.  All the electrical harnesses looked great and I have all the parts and pieces. We had a bad ice storm this winter and the shed roof I had it stored under collapsed and put a small dent in the roof and damaged the front driver fender.  Between the added body work and my busy work/life schedule I have accepted the fact that I'm not going to get to this for a long time and it's time to part ways.  It has 116,988 miles and it fires right up and drives great.  It is currently drivable (well not legally but hey it's Portland so it's OK). This truck needs a little body work, a flat bed and a paint job and it would be premo.  It could also be easily converted into a rock crawler.  Mechanically and electrically it is in great shape.  It has spent it's entire life in Oregon away from the Coast so the frame and the cab are in great shape.
