You'll need to do at LEAST roll, probably a larger-than-small pull as well to make them fit. It does depend on how low you go, too, and how much camber you're willing to run (front and rear).

 

(Correcting what I've previously said) I'm running 15x7 -12 which pretty much (for the sake of argument) equals out to 15x7.5 +0 as far as how far it sticks out. 16x8 +13 is about the same (16x7.5 +0), however, 16's are a larger profile wheel, will cause problems with tire clearance (depending on sidewall and stretch).

 

Basically, yes... You can make it work with a roll/pull and semi-stretched tires, depending on camber and ride height.
