Attaching a shell to a seamed & rolled lip bed

Hey all. I'm on the hunt for a camper shell for my 84 KC 4x4.

 

I don't really want to drill any holes to mount one. Any other tips or tricks? Is anything still out there like these clamps in the photos below? Not sure what to search for. Maybe they won't work with the 84's "double-wall" bed sides, not enough angle for the clamps to really bite down... I dunno.
