1992 ka24de wiring question

I have placed the drivetrain into my 1968 1600 Roadster and wired it more or less according to this info:

But i am having a couple of issues.

1) the fuel relay does not seem to be to ground. ie, the black/pink does not compete the circuit causing the fuel pump to have power , the harness is grounded. All the other relays work as advertised.

 

2) I am not sure if this is related to point 1, but I have no juice at the coil.

I have spark, as a can of Starter Fluid proved.

Now the question is what is the minimum required to get the fuel injection going?

With the key in the on postion, make not of your dizzy's location. Then pull it out and rotate the gear in your hand, listen to hear if your injectors are firing. I am willing to bet they are but side feeds are notorious for going out on nissans. So, check them one by one; just unplug and plug each one.
