Jetting A 32/36 For 1200cc

I've searched the forums here for jetting a Weber DGAV 32/36 to suit a 1200cc E1 engine and cant find much on a baseline start point. I have a new Weber on the rebuilt 'Mighty Mouse' thumper and it is running rich. I have run the motor for about 2 1/2 hours on the stand, mostly idling, and have wet dark plugs and even fouled one for a bit. The carby has an electric choke and it is working properly, fully opening up with reasonably short warmup. My carb has these jets which I believe to be standard off-the-shelf jetting which is probably more suited to a 1800-2000cc engine.

Main Jets                 140/140

Idle Jets                   50/60

Air correction Jets   160/170

I'm not a carb whiz-kid, but would like to get this sorted out before the engine goes back in in about a month. I'll go out and get the proper jets or one of the kits if I know what I need. The engine is stock and completely rebuilt except for a re-ground cam with stock profiles and overlap and .050 lift added at the valve. It runs smooth and powerful except for running a bit rich. Anyone not familiar with the project can check it out here:

Any advice, pointers, links, articles, etc. will be most appreciated.
