720jon
Here's the story. I have 2 z24 motors. I rebuilt one, put it in, and it overheated first run. Now it cranks slowly and won't start. Instead of spending another $500 rebuilding my spare I got a ka and engine harness from a 240 as well as an extra kade motor and complete harness for a really good price. I haven't pulled the z24 out yet because I just got the ka stuff last night. Any suggestions on my overall situation? Possibly the z24 is still good? Do the swap anyway? I'm a motorcycle tech and this is my first major automotive swap (adding efi) so I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing in the right way. I'm doing this on an '84 4x4 720 Quote Link to comment
