Would just like to know peoples opinions on acid dipping and sand blasting the chassis/cab

 

Over in the states does any company stock/supply new rubbers (ill need everything and anything)

I was able to get 90% of cab mounts from nissan.  There are many different nissan oem sites.  The one I used was http://www.nissanpartswarehouse.com/

All you have to do is have to part number.  You can get that from Carpartsmanual.com  I am sand blasting my frame and cab and using a grinder.  Whatever it takes to clean.  I got a 73 and its full of rust.

Awesome! Cheers for the info. ill probably soda blast the cab and sand blast the chassis. When i got the ball on the roll ill make a build thread.

Can get alot of rubbers/seals off of ebay.

Mainly after Cab - Chassis mount rubbers.

I got my cab mounts from nissan.  You can get most of them but the top four on the back end you can get from them.  I found the center top ones at partsouq.com there in Dubai.  So Ill mod the back ones probly from a hockey puck.

yes, but like i did say partsouq.com you can get the forward inside ones there from Dubai.  I try o do stock when i can I hate having to take extra time to make something work.
