NC280z Posted January 18, 2014 Report Share Posted January 18, 2014 Good evening all, I'm back at the drawing board with troubleshooting my vacuum leak issue on my Z. I borrowed and used a shop-spec smoke tester and the only leak I found is a small pinhole at the base of the Boost Controlled Deceleration Device, right above a small adjustment screw. This hole pours smoke out like nobody's business, is this supposed to be like this? I've heard of people blocking this off with a sheet metal plate, I may do the same if this is the possible issue causing my low ( 5-6in Hg) reading on my vacuum gauge. I'd greatly appreciate some professional s30 owner opinions on this! Quote Link to comment
