Foam weatherseal

I'm ready to put my front clip back on my 620 and when taking off the fenders and inners theres a foam self adhesive weatherseal that runs from the top of the fender to the bottom. Does anyone know off hand what the correct size is as I did not pay attention when taking it all off.  Also I've heard from fellow ratsuners that a bike tube is the way to go for the top of the inner fenderwell to insulate noise when fender is on.  Is there another weatherseal that would go on easier?  I read a thread on this somewhere and can't find.  Then after the front end is spot welded back is there a good sealer to seal it all up?  Napa has a thing called seam sealer but has anyone used it for this application? Thanks guys, and  any help would be appreciated..
