cruznude Posted November 2, 2013 Report Share Posted November 2, 2013 I'm ready to put my front clip back on my 620 and when taking off the fenders and inners theres a foam self adhesive weatherseal that runs from the top of the fender to the bottom. Does anyone know off hand what the correct size is as I did not pay attention when taking it all off. Also I've heard from fellow ratsuners that a bike tube is the way to go for the top of the inner fenderwell to insulate noise when fender is on. Is there another weatherseal that would go on easier? I read a thread on this somewhere and can't find. Then after the front end is spot welded back is there a good sealer to seal it all up? Napa has a thing called seam sealer but has anyone used it for this application? Thanks guys, and any help would be appreciated.. Quote Link to comment
