squatches Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 I have a 92 ka24de that runs great for a few days and then it wont rev past 3000 to 3500, it idles fine but wont rev past that in gear or neutral. Ive tried 6 other maf's on it that I have, and same thing also tried switching ecu's aswell. if I reset the ecu it goes away for a bit and comes back intermitantly, when I pull the codes off of the ecu I get code 55 and from what I found searching that means all good. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreaciated. thanks. Eric Garside Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 Did you try switching to an auto ECU? If I remember correctly you can even use one out of an Altima... Should fix the problem but having more info about your setup will help us diagnose the problem. What kind of car, truck or car DE/S13, S14...?? Quote Link to comment
