cjzeppy
I'm slowing installing the engine, front suspension, and brakes into my 72 510 for my KA24 swap. Once that is over I'll move onto the next obstacle of configuring the fuel system. Looking through some of the related posts it seems everyone prefers the wallboro 255 fuel pump and to use 5/16" fuel lines. What has some people used for after market gas tanks or fuel cells? Has anyone bought a universal kit from a name brand company? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

socaldatsun
Ive seen alot of the 510 guys just use the stock tank and relocate it inside the trunk. you will have to modify it for EFI with a return line. Quote Link to comment

mantas
On my 620 i used the stock return line which is 5/16 and on the top of the tank and the 1/4 feed from the bottom of the tank. No issues whatsoever besides having to crank it a few times when cold. Thats probably because all the fuel drains back to the tank and because my belts are too damn tight. I ended up using a walboro 255 instead of the airtex e2000 which i might have killed while running it dry. Quote Link to comment
