I know the L20B head will work with new timing components, but ive just replaced all timing components on my Z20s recently; it was a pain in the ass and im trying to avoid that. Quote Link to comment

Sealik Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 All you need is a chain and the L guides...the cam sprocket, crank gear and tensioner are all the same. 50 bucks for parts without the head???? The Z TC cover 'will' work on the swap....it just won't fully bolt to the L head...and you'll have to run the Z dizzy Not recommended........but it will work...done it.
