I think all 510s used a 5/8 master and 3/4 slave.

but more important is the length of the rods.

 

Are you having troubles with your clutch?

The trick to adjusting them:

1. Under the car, remove the spring on the slave, and push it back. Adjust for 8mm play. Put spring back on

2. Under the dash, adjust pedal height to spec.

3. Under the dash, adjust cylinder rod to spec.

Usually you don't have to do #3, but check it to see if it is correct.
