brodster
So I am about to start routing 3/8" line for my Z20E swap. My main issue is how to appropriately interface the rubber hose with the hardline. Two options as I see it: 1. Flare the hardline 2. Get a compression fitting. Any suggestions on a decently price tool? On the second option I found some prospective adapters. The first adapter is part of a carburetor designed kit. Apparently the compression fitting itself is rated to 100psi but the size of the barb concerns me for holding on the hose: http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performance-Products/555/159203/10002/-1?parentProductId= The other style adapted uses a compression fitting to AN. But then then you would have to buy an AN to barb adapter. Twice as many parts: http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/639210/10002/-1 http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performance-Products/555/100845/10002/-1 Thanks Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Z20E uses medium fuel pressure, like the 280Z. so you can use those special stainless hose clamps like Nissan does. Quote Link to comment
