EFI Hardline Fitting Advice

So I am about to start routing 3/8" line for my Z20E swap. My main issue is how to appropriately interface the rubber hose with the hardline.

 

Two options as I see it: 1. Flare the hardline 2. Get a compression fitting.

 

Any suggestions on a decently price tool?

 

On the second option I found some prospective adapters. The first adapter is part of a carburetor designed kit. The other style adapted uses a compression fitting to AN. But then then you would have to buy an AN to barb adapter. Twice as many parts:

Z20E uses medium fuel pressure, like the 280Z. so you can use those special stainless hose clamps like Nissan does.
