New cost more but doesn't crumble in your hand when you adjust it! Have them double check part number. Link to comment

The outside mirrors in Western Washington are not sun-shocked, so do not crumble in your hand. I have a good one, sell for $25, PM me if interested. They are part 96302-H5950, new about $60.
