spl310 Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 I need the dipstick tube and dipstick for a Borg Warner automatic from an early 510. I think that one from the RL411 will work as well. The later Nissan automatic tubes are different and won't work. The one I need has the flare nut fitting at the bottom, and a vent tube brazed to the side of the dipstick tube. MikeRL411 Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Based on your description of the brazed vent tube you have the early 510 and RL411 British Borg Warner automatic transmission. Be sure you get responses for this British version, not the later first generation 510's American Muncie Borg Warner with the British transmission's front bell. Link to comment
