datsun 521 ute Posted March 18, 2012 Report Share Posted March 18, 2012 In the process of building the E1 engine for my 320 and putting the timing chain back on and the tensioner is rubbing on the backing plate. There is no gasket in the gasket kit though. What goes behind this? Would it be okay to make my own gasket to bring it out a touch to stop this or am I missing something? Quote Link to comment
