Bolt-in, two wire swap, very easy.

 

From the photo it appears the bearing plate is askew (judging from the alignment of the teeth). But that's par for the course. You can run it as-is or rebuild the bearing holder.

 

The vacuum advance works as normal if you leave the 2nd vacuum line disconnected.
