thetimanator
I knew my mom used to have a B210 but had completely forgotten that my uncle (who is a mechanic in florida) used to have a 510. No wonder I've been a Nissan fan He hasn't gotten back to me about the details yet but here's some pics! Quote Link to comment
KC Phirus
Nice setup My dad had like 15 dattos. He gave me an spl311 when I was 7 My grandfather had a couple trucks. Grandmother bought a brand new b210 that got like 50mpg. I'm sure mom's dide of the family had a couple. Not sure who or what. Quote Link to comment
Draynor
Correct me if I am wrong, But that looks like a 68-73 PL510, but with square headlights...Did he do a conversion? I have never seen that done. Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
The headlight modification was done long after the last 510 was produced. Square headlights weren't commonly available until 1976. Is that a 200SX in the background? Maybe it was at a car show. Quote Link to comment
thetimanator
My uncle got back to me with a little more details: It's a '71. I made the headlight frames in metal shop class, the idea came from Car Craft magazine, the tube grill is a tv antenna!... poor white boy. The spoiler came from J.C.Whitney. Wheels are E.T. mags, overhead console w/cb radio, $61.00 Fact-O-Bake paint job, etc. The last picture was taken in '78. "DrPepper"on the spoiler was my C.B. handle(name) Quote Link to comment
