L Series 5 Speeds in the Bay Area?

Hey Ratsun I need your guys' help... I've searched...

I am between San Jose and Northern California all the time. My 99 F150 has more than 200,000 on it now, so I am in the process of getting my 620 ready for the freeways. I have a set of Titan 18's for it and am looking for a 5 speed now- I can't wait to drive my 620 again. I'm excited about getting rid of my Ford!!!!!!

I need to figure out what I need to look for, what cars/trucks have the transmission I need? Do 280zx 5 speeds fit? I know this has been asked a thousand times, but if someone could school me on this, or at least point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate it.

I have searched for the information but still just don't quite get what will work and what wont, and I really to to figure out what I need to be looking for.

My truck is a 1974, 620 with the stock L18 and 4 speed manual. I haven't physically looked on the transmission for a model number, but there are pictures of my drive line and carrier bearing on my build thread if that makes it easier to figure out?

Have been looking on craigslist for Datsun 5 speeds for a long time. Just a few minutes ago I saw an add for two 280z 5 speeds. Will these fit?
