Works great and just bolts right in. i am in marysville, if you are up this way you can have one. Or just head to your local junk yard..... 1 Link to comment

I think they are the same from 68-73. Thanks, Chris I couldn't locate a 510 hood release cable on the East Coast. But, someone advertises right hand drive versions on eBay all the time. I ordered one in and of course the lever end is the mirror image of the left hand drive version. No problem, 3 1.5 inch standoffs (just threaded tubes available in the lamp parts section of any hardware store), 3 longer screws, and it mounts right in the orginal location and looks totally stock. Less then $3 for the standoffs and screws. Took about 8 minutes total. Link to comment
