(NOTE: same event planned for JUNE 18 *see 2nd quote) Highway 2 is open all the way to Hwy 138 so it's time to cruise. The Weather is great and the Crest just got repaved so it's super smooth.I went up there this past Saturday in the Mazda R100 and it was a blast. Meet up at the Sports Chalet next to the Shell gas station right off the 210 Frwy at the Angeles Forest exit at about 8:00 AM. Get there early if you want to hang out and give your ride a once over. Well roll out at 9:15 AM and cruise to Nukem"s Ranch and talk about who was on who's ass all the way up there. It's up to you guys to make this a good turnout so spread the word. I'll be the one cruising the R100. All makes and models will be in attendance. We are not sure how many cars are going to show, but usually it is a good turn out and hopefully this year will be no different. I'm anxious to see if the Crest has been improved any for the reopening, I don't miss all the tar snakes on that road. 1 Quote Link to comment
