Set of four cheap wheels (rimz, yo!)

I've been trying to find a set of wheels/tires for my sister. She has a 1990 CRX. 4 x 100mm

 

13, 14, or 15" are fine. Plain steel wheels or whatever ugly alloys. Main thing is just to have tires that can be used. I can have a flat fixed if needed.

 

She had some new wheels on order but they are back-ordered... she has to get her studded snow tires off the car to drive so we're trying to find something temporary basically.

 

Seen a few sets of four as cheap as $40 but usually $60-80 a set and they sell really fast on craigslist. Anyone have something?

I'm looking daily online but figured I might as well post here.

 

Tires that fit best would be

195/50-15 or 205/50-15

185/60-14

185/70-13

I never used the word "Steelies" and wasn't looking at ads over $100 so that's why I didn't see some of those.
