J series rebuild manual?

I don't see any reason why there would be, but does anyone know of any books that detail how to rebuild a J series nissan/datsun motor?

 

Will be putting a gasket kit through a J15 and figure I might give it a freshen up at that same time (plus learn something).

I'd say these things are probably one of the easiest motors to work with, but then again I've never disassembled a head and put it back to together etc etc so would rather follow a guide then become a statistic (i.e. putting together a shit unreliable motor).
