So I've been having a look on here for a while at everyone else's dattos, and think its my time to show you what im doing.

I have a 1972 Datsun 521 (aka 1500 ute in nz) it was a 4 speed column change j15. I rebuilt the j15 at the end of 2009, doing a few mods at the time. Since then I have sold the engine and have a s14 silvia SR20 sitting in the engine bay. I am doing a front end disc brake conversion from a d21 navara and will get the lsd from the d21 as well. Gearbox I have put sr20 bellhousing on a 5 speed L series short tail, this means I dont have to modify gearbox mounts at all. And the sr20 box was pretty wrecked. Inside the truck I have already re-uplostered everything so I am only going to be making minor mods to fit the floor shift. The deck has custom made 5 groove slats with a Datto "D" stained into the middle. Have led tail lights wrapped with a checker plate surround.

Im sure I have forgotten lots, but take a look. Im about half way through the SR conversion.
