Ken_B Posted November 1, 2010 Report Share Posted November 1, 2010 With winter closing in and my 521 being my only rig i decided it was time to get a decent 4x4 pickup for the winter and to relieve my 521 of hauling dutys, and let it sit in the nice warm garage on nasty days. This thing feels like driving a dump truck hopping in it after driving my 521. Anyways heres the specs. 1988 F150 Custom 300cid Straight 6 4 speed with compound low 4x4 Picked her up for $1500 Got a decent tow hitch so who knows what sort of projects I'll end up dragging home.
