Not much work has been done lately as passing a kidney stone, or 2, will tend to lay you up and slow you down, haha. I feel for you on the kidney stones! I've passed two myself and it sucks. Don't take it too personally that the cars aren't generating offers. There are a lot of folks out there in the same boat. (Heck there was that great rust free 1200 SR project down in CA that couldn't sell for the price of the engine alone for months!) This economy seems to make people hesitate getting into a project right now, as much as they'd want one. Even if they can afford it today, future employment feels a bit unstable as everyone knows someone who has been laid off. So they are cautious about something long term. And at the same time they can't afford an already restored one. But things will swing back! They always do! I wish you luck with the sale! 1 Link to comment

nismo dr Posted October 10, 2010 Report Share Posted October 10, 2010 I used to have alot of love for this forum right up until I saw how a VERY good friend (Rjawm) was treated fo for a simple mistake (calling a 2 dr sedan a coupe) but after seeing this I have pretty much lost faith in this forum and MOST of the people on it. There are a few redeeming people on here and I will continue to to speak VERY highly about. BTW I am the owner that was involved in the sccident with that car. Just another hint to certian people, before you talk shit to someone about other people make sure they arent that persons FAMILY! But then again what do I know after all I'm just that kid that was going into the army that was TOLD not to buy this Datsun cause it would rot in storage. On a + note there are still alot of usable parts on this car and if I had more room I'd be stripping it myself to put parts on my other 510. 1 Link to comment
