gumby240z Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 am new to this, so i need help with my project. i have a ka24de in 73' 240z, its wired up, the motor cranks but am not getting any spark. there's no power to my ignition coil. i don't know what it could be,am not good at all on with wiring. if anybody lives in west valley of Arizona, just send me a message, i hope some one can help me out. Unclejesse88 Posted September 21, 2010 Report Share Posted September 21, 2010 Coil positive should just be ignition switched power. Trace the wire back from the coil and see where it goes. It may not be hooked up to anything Quote Link to comment
gumby240z Posted September 21, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 21, 2010 Okay I think I found the problem, the ecu is getting power but after that there's no signal or power going out to the engine. I know the ecu is good. I have 2 connections that are not pluged in but they go to the fuse box. I was thinking that may be the problem. Quote Link to comment
