Just saw this on the NWN site. Looks like it could be fun. A lot of forums got an invite, so it's not exclusive to Nissans. There'll no doubt be some jerk-offs, and probably some cool people too. Either way, it's a cruise down the 101 to get some Double-Doubles. I'm considering going.. you should too.

Where's the spirit of the Road Trip gone...? Weak sauce. I guess this is gonna be a pretty big thing.. multiple forums involved.

 

I've been talking with a couple local friends about just doing a flat-out, high speed burn down the I-5 Corridor to Redding. I think it's 7 hours down, and 7 back.. could be done in a day if you wanted. I'm totally down.

I've only been there once on the way home from Reno. I think it was only 8 hours to reno though so yea it wouldnt be to bad. I still really want to go....

That's the nicest part of the I-5 Corridor, IMO. Between Salem and Redding. Gorgeous drive this time of year..

I drove from Redding to Seattle in one day. It took me about 10 hours though.

You would need to average 82 mph with no stops to get there in 7 hours.

its 5 hours from here to seattle....Im in eugene, micro is about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours from me...

 

though it is possible my dad was going like 90 the whole time...i dunno :unsure:

If you tagged on a couple more hours total, I think it would be a comfortable drive without breaking any speed limits. But honestly, I've never gone on that long of a drive without "bending the rules" a little :lol:
