racerx
Just installed a new 32/36 weber and I have a stock L18 on my 510. Engine is rebuilt with maybe 1,000 miles. I was wondering if you guys had to jet them down cause my spark plugs are black. They should be tan or dark brown in color if running okay. The primary are .50 and secondary is .55 which comes stock. RustyRat4x4
that sounds like the Idle Jet #'s... to see what Main Jets there are inside, first the top of the carb has to come off (jet's are inside of the float bowl).. and while the top is off see what size the air correctors are.. racerx
Yes they are the idle Jets but I was wondering if ppl. that have an L18 had to Jet down, whether or not its the primary/secondary idle mixture JETS or other JETS in the carb itself. Quote Link to comment
