Kenneth Walcott
Me and my friend did a complete rebuild of my ka24de. the first time we go to start it the timing was really off and the lower timing cover leaked coolant. so we replaced the lower timing cover and changed the timing. the car ran perfect for a couple seconds then died. we thought fuel so we bought fuel but after putting fuel the car still wont start. all cylinders are getting fuel, and spark. and weve tried every way we could think of checking the timing and everything seems like it should be good but the car isnt starting, and its cranking over just fine. 72240z
If you KNOW you have fuel and spark I'd vote timing. Maybe your 180 out. Quote Link to comment
yello620
What verified that you are getting fuel to the cylinder? Fuel to the fuel rail and injectors not firing? Just a thought.. Quote Link to comment
